I am proud to introduce the SOG Environmental Guidelines to our community. These Guidelines have been developed to support operators in strengthening environmental awareness and stewardship within submersible operations, while recognising the diversity of organisations, missions, and operating environments across SOG. They are offered as practical guidance, not requirements, designed to stimulate thinking, encourage proportionate action, and promote shared learning. This is a community resource, created collaboratively, and intended to evolve through open dialogue and experience.
